The film is titled "The Eumenides" as the third tragedy of Orestea; narrates the persecution of the Erinyes against Orestes up to the trial against him, which culminates with his acquittal thanks to the vote of Athena. The story revolves around the last night of a Roman upper-class boy. After committing a crime, he wanders aimlessly, flees from invisible demons, awaiting judgment.
