Billy Evans is an American businessman who founded and runs Haemanthus, a diagnostics start-up based in Austin, Texas. He is also the partner of Elizabeth Holmes. Elizabeth was the founder of health company Theranos and is currently serving 11.25 years in prison for fraud. Holmes and Evans share two children. Billy is featured on A24's 2026 documentary You Can See Everything, directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim.
