Following the death of his wife and an accident that caused memory loss, parapsychologist Philip Devlin travels to Berlin to visit an old acquaintance. There, he finds Dr. Wiemer murdered. Together with researchers and a police officer, Devlin investigates the case and uncovers a conspiracy reaching all the way to the CIA and secret UFO projects.
