'Fargo' (2014): Does the True Story Genre Need to be True?
Although Fargo is not actually based on a true story, I do believe it is worth the watch. It has drama, suspense, and a mysterious figure to keep you engaged.

The film follows Mats. A boy in his 20s with a life characterized by anxiety and paranoia. Troubled by a nightmare, he goes to visit his psychologist where he describes an unpleasant dream he has had; a nightmare in which he killed a wild animal.

Hiring bias is something that's rampant in all industries (even unconscious bias). But writing a script totally neutral not only opens the door for more diverse actors, but also for characters that are people first.
