Fourth chapter in the "S-Friends" series. After a shocking incident, Shoko breaks up with Kazuki and begins having one-night stands with various men. Meanwhile, she gradually becomes attracted to her colleague, Hasegawa Sakutarō. Meanwhile, Kazuki, who lives on a remote island in the countryside, meets Kazebuki Mei, a writer who wanders from place to place like a rootless wanderer, and begins to ponder the concepts of love and life. Shoko and Kazuki spend their days apart, without contacting each other, until one day they are reunited.

After the 2018 surprising hit "A Quiet Place" brought something fresh to the horror genre, the announcement of a sequel may have been disappointing to some. A lot of the time, a sequel to an already successful movie is no where near as good as the original. Yet, John Krasinski once again shows that he's much more than Jim from The Office.
The Force Awakens is A New Hope 2.0, in essence. The story structure is virtually unchanged, marking a safe opening to the new trilogy.
At least we got the original cast back, right? Not even that saves it. None of them could bring a sliver of hope to this special. Rather, they bring dread as we witness the light leaving from their eyes.
