Satoru Kobayashi was an artisan of eroticism with a wide range of styles, from works brimming with tension and ingenuity to works that were simply reckless. He reunited with his old acquaintance Giichi Nishihara and began making films with Aoi Films. He skillfully filmed erotic short stories in an anthology format, such as a man who sells fainting spells, a wife's secret, and the reality of Kansai prostitutes.
