To get closer to each other, a mother takes her son to a house by the sea to celebrate his birthday. But something is not right, neither of them should be there. The discomfort creeps under the skin in an equally beautiful and poignant portrayal of mental illness and its consequences.

All in all, “Event Horizon” is a cinematic misfire, begging to be perfected in the future. While it possesses an array of admirable visuals, the film leaves much to be desired. If only we could see Anderson’s preferred cut, which featured more character development and tortuous imagery. In the meantime, I have a catchphrase for this film: In space no one can hear you snore.
We got a movie that takes the old school approach of trying to creep you out with chilling atmosphere more than anything else.
I love The Last Jedi. I don’t think there has been a Star Wars movie in quite some time that brought something new, something fresh to the table.
