Sarah (Devinn Lane) is a small town cop working on a murder case that she believes is linked to the murderer who took the life of her sister just a year earlier. Sarah's captain feels that she is taking the case a little too personally to the point of borderline obsession, and takes her off the case, handing the case over to the FBI. Sarah finds it hard to stay away though, and secretly gets close to one of the FBI agents on the case and together they hunt for the killer. What Sarah soon discovers is that when you're on the trail of a killer, the clues don't always lead to the truth fast enough... Lovers Lane, love can be murder...
