Love Yourself Tender

Nadya is a successful otolaryngologist-surgeon, but by the age of 40 she suddenly realized that she didn't know anything about herself at all. Every day at work, she examines the sensory organs of patients, but she has forgotten how to hear her own feelings, or maybe she has never heard them. Her husband Boris left her two years ago, unable to stand the routine, although the couple is still not divorced. Nadya brings up her daughter Oliviya and continues to live in her mother-in-law's apartment. Nadya needs changes to see that there really is a lot of love in the world. And in her life there are six "lessons of tenderness", each of which will help her to find herself again, her own voice and her new hope.
