I hate the idea that animation’s for kids; just because it’s animated doesn’t mean that it’s some silly cartoon and shouldn’t be taken seriously.
Friends (2000)
Nils, Tayfun and Caro were best friends as children. When love came along later, the friendship fell apart. Nils became a policeman and unexpectedly meets Tayfun during a raid. Remembering their friendship, Nils makes Tayfun's drugs disappear and is caught. Nils is faced with the choice of either being suspended or going undercover to investigate Tayfun, who is now with the love of his life, Caro. An irreconcilable conflict between job, feelings and betrayal.
