The Secret Agent Remembers the Absent Memory
The film reminds us to remember the people who had the courage and dignity that had made the world better, even when the memory was absent.

With his own money, Pappier produced this ambitious adaptation of Manuel Gálvez's "Miércoles Santo", whose release was delayed for three years due to political reasons. When it finally came out, it bombed, but its formal originality was mentioned even in unfavorable reviews. Later, it became a cursed film, impossible to see due to lack of prints. To date, it remains lost in great part.

Disney has hopefully learned some lessons since 1994. Are those lessons reflected in the 2019 remake of "The Lion King?"
Overall this movie was an easy watch, but by no means a worthwhile watch.
It’s easy to dismiss Joel and Ethan Coen for writing from the world they build from outside the box of overarching Hollywood stereotypes, but their inability to compromise their collective vision is precisely what makes the simplistic nature of their world-building and characters so brilliant. It’s also what led Fargo to collect seven Oscar nominations and two wins for Best Original Screenplay and Best Actress for Frances McDormand’s brilliant portrayal of the sincere, motherly detective whose wholesome demeanor seizes the day over the selfishness, corruption and evil of the men who don’t comprehend that there’s more to life than a little money.
An episode of "The Sopranos" articulates an identity crisis unique to the Italian-Americans and demonstrates how Indigenous communities are pushed aside in the ensuing debate.
At first glance, “The Good Liar” is a respectable piece of fiction, starring Ian McKellen and Helen Mirren. But underneath everything, the film expertly hones the unpredictability of deceit.
