Following research into a new molecule, negligence on the part of a pharmaceutical laboratory leads to the spread of a devastating plague that transforms humans into the undead. A small group of survivors, forgotten in an evacuated and quarantined city, attempt to survive in this hostile environment. Among them are Martin and Frank, two cops; Eric and Fabrizio, two young thugs; Alice, whose husband Thomas is suspected of being infected; Jérémie and his daughter Jade; François, a fatalistic alcoholic; and Dr. Varda, a researcher specializing in the study of the molecule. Despite the tensions within the group, they will all try to join forces to escape this hell.
