In a sequel of sorts to the documentary Elvis' Memphis, the filmmakers journey far beyond Graceland to visit other historic sites key to the biography of the legendary hit maker. The tour makes stops at Elvis's two-room shack birthplace in Tupelo, Miss.; the Priceville Cemetery, where his stillborn twin brother, Jessie, is buried; his old schools; the Grand Ole Opry, where he performed only once; the Gracelands Too; and more.
Overall, “Dark Fate” is a run-of-the-mill flick. Together, Reyes and Davis have excellent chemistry, but their characters’ story is nothing new, lacking surprise and deep emotion. During the middle points, the film drags considerably, and when the action hits, it feels consistently tight, eliminating the rhythm and fluidity of conflicts.
It’s fun, it’s energetic, but it’s also understated and vicarial. Zola is a modern black fairytale and future of black movies.

If you mix religious rituals with dark mythology, the result will be effective, and the story powerful in 90% of the cases. That is exactly what happens at the beginning of The Vigil.
All in all, 47 Meters Down: Uncaged is a film I would recommend. It promotes the bond of sisterhood, which in this case is clearly thicker than blood, as well as courage. No one truly knows how strong they are until they go through something unimaginable and come out changed for the better.
