Four content creator friends—Raka, Naya, Kevin, and Bima—who love exploring horror, decide to visit a mysterious building known as the Three-Story Building, a building without doors, windows, or rooms that stands in the middle of a rice paddy. With their cameras as witnesses, they intend to prove that the haunted stories circulating are just myths. However, from the moment they enter the building, various illogical events begin to haunt them. Mysterious voices, a dark figure visible only through the camera, and illusions of space and time trap them in an inexplicable terror. When the exit seemingly disappears and the footage begins to show a different reality, they realize that something has been watching them from the beginning. ARSI 07: Unpublished Footage is a mockumentary and found footage horror film that creates suspense through seemingly real footage, with an ending that leaves the question: did they really escape, or have they become part of the archives forever lost?
