Samantha Mitchell’s “RSVP” Incluvie Film Fest Review
“There’s always something you can do…to make people feel like they’re welcome”

When A Simple Favor came out in 2018, it wasn't just a movie. It was a whole vibe. Between Blake Lively's tailored suits, Anna Kendricks's awkward charm, and a twisty, campy plot, it quickly became a cult favorite in my book. So, when Another Simple Favor was announced, I was both excited and a little nervous. Sequels are tricky. The way the previous movie ended kind of put a bow on everything and it felt complete. Well, this sequel brought the same chaotic charm, a few fresh surprises, and continued the stylish, queer-tinged ride that we all loved the first time around.

Stephanie and Emily reunite on the beautiful island of Capri, Italy for Emily's extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman. Along with the glamorous guests, expect murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square.

Hulu continues its Summer releases with The Princess. This film follows the princess (yes, she is unnamed) as she attempts to escape her tower, refusing to be wed to a cruel man vying for the throne. Action-packed and snarky, this is a decently fun film if you need a fighting fix.
Disney has a glaring and, up until recently, unaddressed issue that spans nearly its entire lifetime - an absence of diversity.
