Zoe, an Italian woman, has all the things we’ve been told should make a person happy but she isn’t. On Mardi Gras, a kid dressed up as a wizard grants her three chances to find what she yearns for but if she doesn’t, she will be stuck with him forever. Zoe will find herself living in Ibiza, London and Paris experiencing different versions of Zoe, lifestyles and lovers. Although she won’t find what she was looking for once back home she will realize she has found much more.
CODA' is about a child of deaf adults torn between staying with her parents and her dreams of pursuing music. This film is a step forward for deaf representation and disability in movies despite negative messages about the burden of actors deaf deafness.

There were too many irrelevant parts that could have been shortened, and too many characters that didn't advance the plot. Either way, some things didn't add up. This was just another played out plot with little, if any, originality in it. By the end of the film, I wasn't happy that she finally got her freedom, I was happy that it was finally over.
