Hisyam has just completed his studies and his older brother Haziq celebrates by taking him on a vacation to a holiday island. There, Hisyam meets a cheerful and friendly nasi lemak seller girl named Aisyah. Hisyam and Aisyah's relationship is not only forbidden by Aisyah's parents but also despised by Lokman, who has long harbored intentions to marry Aisyah. On their last night there, Hisyam is shocked to see Haziq with a woman in a drunken state. Without any sense of guilt, Haziq asks Hisyam to keep his behavior a secret or else Razak and Noraini will fall ill. From then on, Hisyam frequently quarrels with Haziq because he refuses to be complicit. Until one day, Haziq falls ill and is admitted to the ward due to a bacterial infection in his lungs and brain. Haziq is shocked and cannot accept that he will die. As Haziq grows weaker, he confesses his regrets and leaves a final request that leaves Hisyam stunned.
