Wildflowers

After losing his wife, Daniel is trying his best to be the father his 12-year old son, Lucas, needs. Which is why, when Daniel starts suspecting that Lucas might be keeping a secret from him, he looks through his things with the best of intentions. Finding a love letter Lucas wrote to another boy, however, Daniel freaks out and confronts Lucas about his sexuality, claiming the teenager is too young to know he’s gay. With the fallout of their fight tearing up the letter – and their relationship – to pieces, Daniel must find a way to make amends, and in the process maybe even realize he’s not that different from his son.
