‘We The Others’ is set in 2030 at the fringes of a civilization built on a hundred year old projection of the future. Here live the outcasts whose existence is being predetermined. They all have in common the similar physical characteristics of Down’s syndrome, but in this world, they are the embodiment of everyone who does not live up to the norm and are therefore not at the top of the genetic shopping list for the future. Feared by all as the ‘others’, ‘they’ are in fact most of us.

Wild Child tells the story of a wealthy, spoiled teenage girl named Poppy Moore who lives in Malibu, California, who attends a boarding school in England. This film shows us how Poppy is first labeled as a fish out of water compared to her boarding school classmates, as she is a wild child, but eventually earns her roommates' friendships and respect.

Disney remakes have often gotten a bad rap for their consistent reliance on the originals and overuse of CGI. However, Mulan is a remake that is able to transcend beyond Disney's other remakes with a confident and bold earnestness.
With such a raw look at the 15th century, it seems that Disney was really trying to step outside of its element with this motion picture.
