From the twisted mind of Bill Zebub (ASSMONSTER), this film goes beyond BORAT and farther than FREDDY GOT FINGERED. But THE MOST OFFENSIVE COMEDY EVER MADE isn't content to just get laughs and gasps from the audience. Instead, it investigates how far humor should (or shouldn't) go when it comes to race, religion, and other usually off-limits topics.
It’s passionately protective of the women mentioned in the story or appearing on screen. Just like the article and the #MeToo movement, the film could help a trapped person find the courage to fight back.
All in all, 47 Meters Down: Uncaged is a film I would recommend. It promotes the bond of sisterhood, which in this case is clearly thicker than blood, as well as courage. No one truly knows how strong they are until they go through something unimaginable and come out changed for the better.
