The Eye of the Beholder (2021)

The development of existing characters and the addition of some new ones have surely placed 'Ted Lasso' on some sort of an Incluvie A-OK list. 

"The Haunting of Hill House" isn't your typical horror story. Based on a novel by Shirley Jackson, Netflix's masterpiece and limited horror series takes you on a emotional rollercoaster ride, by turning our perception of mental illness on its head. It's an unforgettable story about a loveable family, who grapples with tragedy and love after living at the foreboding Hill House.

"King Richard" paints a nuanced portrait of a Black father trying to ensure his daughters’ success in a racist, misogynistic world. Yet, Richard and his kids overcome that fear and adversity to succeed.

Telling a story about the French and Indian Wars from the perspective of the British prioritizes the perspective of the colonizers. 

A Black woman centered in a box office rom-com with a happy ending and no struggle love.

Written and directed by Eva Victor, who also plays Agnes, the main character, Sorry, Baby is slow and artsy, but extremely effective. It shows how the trauma developed after a sexual assault has a ripple effect and loudly echoes in the victim and her life for years after.
