The Daughters of Fire (2019)

Hulu's 'Crush' leaves you giddy, light, hopeful, and, yes, all crushed out on the possibility of what? You got it, your next crush.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie comes on the heels of its billion-dollar grossing predecessor, and seeks to do absolutely nothing other than repeat its success. In this, the film is eminently effective. If you have seen the previous film, you can expect something extremely similar in this package.  That is, a barrage of references to Nintendo intellectual property wrapped in a plot that provides the thinnest layer of emotional payoff for the characters.

"Boston Strangler" pulls the curtain back on a well-documented historical moment involving significant contributions from women reporters. 

The film centers around two young women, Becca and Sam, who were once high school sweethearts until they reconnect in their town.

Standing up for what's right, she's met with miraculous results. She takes charge of her own destiny.

Lady Bird (Saoirse Ronan) tells her mother (Laurie Metcalf) that she wants to live through something — something that matters.
