Married couple Kenzie Madison and Derrick Pierce are lying on their backs on side-by-side massage tables, when Cadence Lux, the masseuse, walks in. When she gets a look at Derrick, Cadence seems to like what she sees. Clearly nothings going to stop Cadence and Derrick from hooking up. Meanwhile, Maddy May welcomes Seth Gamble into her home. Maddy wants to give her wife a romantic gift but is afraid that she's going to botch it. Any thoughts of keeping things strictly platonic are soon thrown right out the window as they give into temptation, deciding to give themselves a little gift instead! Alina Ali is lying in bed with her husband, cuddling before bed. As they chat, they get on the topic of "hall passes". While the husband is open about who he'd choose to use his pass on, Alina is a bit more secretive... until she finally admits that she has a crush on a sexy client, Thrill, at the massage parlor. Instead of being mad, the husband encourages his wife to have some fun!

t’s relatable and heartbreaking all at once, and it’s impossible to watch Happy Together without reflecting on oneself. The film is stunning in every aspect, and is a vital piece of LGBTQ cinema.
Disney's live-action remake is vibrant and beautiful, with updated music and classic enthusiasm, but it fails to push the envelope and provide nuance for Ursula.
The plot could’ve really been interesting if the elements of lycanthropy was integrated with perhaps the struggle of identity of being LGBTQ+. It's an experience for so many that as they’re starting to realizing their true selves, they feel like a monster, especially if they come from unsupportive homes or communities. Instead, the horror and transformation elements seem thrown in without contemplation of how this could deepen the narrative.
Mirrorball is full of passion and love for the medium of cinema and is indeed a fitting love letter to La La Land.
Hokum is an enjoyable horror film that will probably get a little under your skin, but it isn’t the tour de force that you might be expecting.
