Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour

Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour is a concert film released on Netflix directed by Paul Dugdale. The film was released on New Year's Eve in 2018, featuring the artist's performance at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The Reputation Stadium Tour became a successful concert tour in the female artist's music career, successful enough that this concert film received positive views from critics. Some critics labeled the concert film as "unforgettable" and "immortalizing". As seen in the concert film, many fans were singing and shouting out the lyrics to Taylor Swift's popular songs, such as "Style" and "Love Story". Two country singles released and recorded by the artist herself documented in the concert film are "You Belong With Me" and "Love Story". "You Belong With Me" is a single that revolves around a love triangle. "Love Story" is a single that is based on the Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet, with a happy ending. Both singles are centered around the theme of love and romance among teens and young adults. Taylor Swift's singles from her 1989 album include "Style", "Shake It Off", "Blank Space" and "Bad Blood". To make the concert more interesting, the artist added sugar and spice to her singles with remixes with backup singers. She also wore sparkling outfits to comply with her concert tour's theme. In addition, Taylor Swift performed some of her songs on acoustic guitar, which ties in some of her country traditions. The Reputation Stadium Concert Tour film includes some diversity among black women, though most of the performers at the concert are male. Despite this, Taylor Swift's successful music career remains popular in today's generation of music. The concert film gives viewers a clear picture of the singer's dedication and strength as an artist.
