Beni (Pangeran Lantang), a former singer who is now unemployed and in debt to the tune of hundreds of millions, is forced to return to his hometown of Karangkas Island, Papua, taking his girlfriend Gia (Carissa Perusset) with him. Beni tells Gia that his only purpose in returning is to visit Mama Lin, his adoptive mother, who is seriously ill. However, Beni actually has a secret plan to steal Mama Lin’s wealth. Since Beni’s return after 13 years, strange supernatural events have begun to occur due to the magic of Aroba, a Suanggi.
