STAR XYZ

STAR XYZ is an Art House film, avant-garde, surreal, erotic space-noir short film that drifts between dreams, nightmares, and cosmic fate. Following Detective Goliath, the story begins in the neon-lit underworld of Denver before spiraling through portals, woods, alien starships, and the haunted dreamworld of Planet Sex. Along the way, he encounters cultists, fairies, demons, doubles, and a queen who births his clone. His pursuit of love with the mysterious Sally becomes inseparable from betrayal, violence, and illusion. As reality fractures, Goliath discovers that his life is a script authored by a godlike Director - culminating in a massacre and a cosmic revelation that collapses the boundary between cinema and existence. A fever-dream mosaic of betrayal, passion, psychedelic visuals, and existential terror, STAR XYZ is designed to be a rare cinematic experience: haunting, hypnotic, and unforgettable.

Why Malcolm & Marie is a Masterpiece on it's Own Right- Despite Popular Opinion

On top of the phenomenal acting, and great dialogue between the two characters, the cinematography was ravishing! The sound was outstanding! The production design was simple, yet intrinsic. The minimalistic approach in the Malibu beach house represented how little they really have going on in their relationship. The storyline may have been much simpler than "Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf,"  but all the more insightful, and much more animalistic at its core.

"She Rides Shotgun" — A Gritty, Heartbreaking Father-Daughter Thriller

Nick Rowland’s She Rides Shotgun is a blistering, blood-soaked road thriller that doubles as a bruised love story between a haunted ex-con (a career-best Taron Egerton) and the daughter he barely knows (astonishing newcomer Ana Sophia Heger). Fueled by white-knuckle chases, razor-tense shootouts, and quiet moments of aching tenderness, the film captures both the terror and fragile beauty of survival. It’s gritty, heartbreaking, and unforgettable—a father-daughter odyssey destined to leave audiences shaken.
