Troll Hunter: Horror with a Playful Look at Religion
It surely isn't for everybody and could certainly offend some folks, but Troll Hunter takes a different approach to representing religion in a film.

Ana is confronted by the monster of anxiety, born from a growing sense of inadequacy. As her obsession with perfection intensifies, she begins to withdraw from the world, avoiding every situation that might expose her flaws. When she reaches her lowest point, it is the quiet support and unconditional love of her mother that help her see the beauty and strength hidden in her own uniqueness.

Overall, “Dark Fate” is a run-of-the-mill flick. Together, Reyes and Davis have excellent chemistry, but their characters’ story is nothing new, lacking surprise and deep emotion. During the middle points, the film drags considerably, and when the action hits, it feels consistently tight, eliminating the rhythm and fluidity of conflicts.
