# The Story of Mawar The story tells of Mawar, an orphan raised by her grandfather, Tokya. Mawar successfully receives an offer to continue her studies at university, but she cannot do so due to financial hardship. Furthermore, Mawar does not receive support from her family. Only Tokya supports her, but what can he do when Tokya is already old and sick. Mawar achieves 10As in her SPM and is offered a place at university. Her grandfather, who has cared for Mawar since childhood, desperately wants to see her continue her education. However, financial constraints have made this impossible. Mawar has no one to turn to because her parents are no longer alive. Tokya supports his life by working as an assistant at Abang Kamal's grocery store. Tokya's children—Senah, Nah, and Husin—show no sympathy or affection toward Mawar. Meanwhile, in Kuala Lumpur, Puan Hafifa's family, who has three children, is looking for a maid. Tokya's illness worsens.
