# Sape From Italy The story follows the journey of an Italian girl, Lisandra, who is preparing her PhD thesis on 'Water Pollution.' Her mother, an Italian woman who married a man from Malaysia but has been separated from him for 27 years, asks Lisandra to find her father in Sarawak, Malaysia before she passes away. Lisandra complies with her mother's wish and comes to Malaysia. However, she is not alone when her ex-boyfriend Alexandro follows her with the intention of winning her back. It turns out that Alexandro repeats his mistake by cheating with another girl, and eventually returns to Italy after being rejected by Lisandra. Meanwhile, Zamani lives with his mother and stepfather. Zamani loves his mother dearly but dislikes his stepfather who frequently abuses her. Zamani's stepfather is a drug dealer and is often hired to dump toxic factory waste into the river. Zamani is friends with Haris, a man who is skilled at 'charming' women.
