To fall in love into a nice blond girl, who is searching for the killer of her mother. To be chased my a local thug who blows up your cheap car with old tires. To find out that instead of being a truck driver in Canada, your brother was in jail. To see the barrel of a gun, pointing at your forehead and your last scream to be "RUN".
In a film where a Black couple is framed to be the lead characters, they still managed to get shuffled off to the sidelines. The enthusiastic cast delivers well on goofy bits- but can only go so far before they begin to fall flat.
