It is a student teacher set-up though the dialogue was a little bit garbled to for me to get in to the actual particulars. Anyhow, Max pushes the interesting looking blonde and big titted Sage to her knees to shut her up. Sage kind of looks like that retarded bald eagle with the big Adams apple in the Bugs Bunny cartoons. Anyway, Sage gags on his dick then gets in doggie on a couch. I couldn't tell if this was a pussy or an anal poke.
