Xu Zhengyang, an upright police officer from the north, came to Binhai to support Song Hai, the local criminal investigation team leader, in solving the case. The gangster group headed by Zhuang Zhiqiang, who was arrogant in their abilities and brutal attributes, each gave full play to their strengths. After a battle of wits and courage, the two finally annihilated the gangster group headed by Zhuang Zhiqiang in one fell swoop.
