Fei and his companions were arrested for accidentally killing a police officer after taking cocaine. During the interrogation of the police station, he was injured and sent to the hospital detention ward for assaulting the police and disrupting the interrogation room. Yafei's series of atrocities should have been sentenced to death, but she was seen by Inspector Wu of the Intelligence Department's Secret Service Group and thought that she had great potential, so she recommended her superiors to exempt her from the death penalty and let her join the secret service team to carry out the death mission. After Yafei completed Inspector Wu's hell-style training, she was named to destroy the drug lord Jinhao.
