Manu, a 15-year-old teenager, has refused to become a criminal despite the fact that this is the only way to grow up in his neighborhood. But one day, invited by Camera, his best friend, he begins to flirt with crime by robbing a passenger truck, but the unexpected attack by a passenger causes Camera's death and a break in Manu's behavior.
Overall, “Dark Fate” is a run-of-the-mill flick. Together, Reyes and Davis have excellent chemistry, but their characters’ story is nothing new, lacking surprise and deep emotion. During the middle points, the film drags considerably, and when the action hits, it feels consistently tight, eliminating the rhythm and fluidity of conflicts.

On his last mission to complete the Ranger selection process he and his squad encounter an otherworldly ‘soldier’.

In, 15 far-too-short minutes, viewers are given a detailed snapshot of what it's like for a refugee to drown in the waters of poverty and otherness while trying to navigate a land whose promise has worn off, and only 'strange' remains.
Spirited inverts the tropes of the holiday musical genre to update an age-old tale for 2022. It's a paean to those who make grand spectacles possible.
