
When Beth asks her childhood friend Ary to take in her godson, he doesn’t expect their time together to awaken dangerous desires. What seemed like an act of friendship turns into tension and confusion, turning Ary’s life upside down and pushing every boundary to the edge.
This film is based off of The Diary of a Young Girl, which was written during the Holocaust period.
So with the recent (rightful) public apologies to Britney from comedians and media for trashing her image in the 2000s, perhaps some people should also give Crossroads the fair chance it deserves. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, and that is fine. Personally, I will take my girl Britney and her movie, over the next testosterone "Dude Flick" any day.
The second film takes us on Peter's journey to be understood.
