His fiancée Mona (Shouweikar), an Egyptian air-hostess, threatens to dump him if he doesn't quit his playboy lifestyle. Mounir thus decides to seek help from a prominent - albeit sexually frustrated - psychiatrist (Abdel Moneim Madbouly).
