A journalist for a sensational magazine, the mischievous Katsumi was commissioned to write an article about a renowned sex therapist whose unorthodox methods have earned him the nickname "Doctor Struggle." This report gives her the opportunity to observe live the effects of the different treatments administered by the professor to a maniac of hygiene, and a macho badly in his skin, the cure under hypnosis of a helpless half and to attend group therapy instituted for people who cannot stand the contact of others.
