In a post-Gamergate media landscape, it's ambitious to have a film confront the harsh reactions to women in gaming from a comedic lens.

With so many binge-worthy TV shows floating around and new ones constantly being released, I have compiled a list of some more recent TV shows that rank high on the diversity scale for both the cast and crew.

'Sex Education' is one of the most diverse shows I've ever seen! From sexuality to gender identity to race, this show features so many minorities and so many different kinds of relationships!

Behind all the action, 'Space Sweepers' is a surprisingly heartfelt and progressive story about building community.

I hope that more people will see Joyland, understand the situation, and eventually change themselves and society so we can have a more accommodating world where everyday tragedies like the one depicted in the film do not occur.
