Marvel's Eternals: Why It Was a Good Idea... But The Execution Was Not.
Eternals is an interesting concept and unique visuals, but slow pacing and rushed character development suggests it should have been a mini-series.

Victoria works there, with whom he has a romantic relationship and ends up living with him. One night, two men try to rob them; Victoria is shot and killed, and he kills her attackers. The ranch burns down. Marcelo abandons his lost paradise by rowing downriver.
