WW84: The World’s Strongest Female Lead
The power of a talented female director like Patty Jenkins and an overall diverse cast is what makes this film worth watching for me.

Paola, still young and married to a rich industrialist, seeks an outlet to the uselessness of her life by coming into contact with the young activists of the student movement, meetings she attends. Paula tries to convert even her teenage children Afdera and Prando, to the ideas of the movement, who end up accepting the mother's convictions and agree to participate in an action of sabotage against a large factory. But when they discover that the factory to be sabotaged is precisely that of the father, they renounce the mission, disappointing the mother.

‘Oppenheimer’ is a force to be reckoned with. A biopic that respects the audience’s intelligence.
Despite its glaring flaws, First Girl I Loved is not entirely undeserving of a watch. For people who can handle the more difficult aspects of the story and graphic scenes, it is worth looking into. It’s not a film worthy of rewatch, but it may still resonate somewhat with those who need a story like this. It is a genuine, if flimsy attempt at a coming-of-age tale. Were the film to be directed by someone with experiences more similar to Anne, it would likely be more powerful--as it is, it feels like a man’s perspective of what it means to come to terms with your identity as a lesbian.
Poor Black characters are usually surrounded by crime and violence, while poor White characters are portrayed as noble and hard-working.
The repeated actions, the blood on the petals, the rustling under the floor…An ambient short horror film takes us into another realm.
