Selim, a forensic anthropologist living a happy life with his 12-year-old daughter Sema and his pregnant wife, finds his life turned upside down when he is called to examine some bones found by chance one morning. Selim goes to the scene of the incident in the woods with his daughter Sema. The bones are collected by the team and taken to the forensic medicine department. While the bones are being prepared for examination, Sema, left alone in the room, secretly takes four bones and some items, puts them in her bag, and brings them home. When Sema touches the bones at night, the curse that began with the "Great Istanbul Earthquake" in 1509 returns.
