
# The Story of Safiyya The story tells of Safiyya becoming an orphan when her parents are involved in a road accident. Since then, she has been raised by her grandfather in the village. Time passes and Safiyya completes her university studies and diligently seeks employment. With the help of her friend Yati, Safiyya gets several jobs. However, none last long as she frequently quits due to workplace harassment. The last time Safiyya works at a hotel, but on her first day of work she is sexually assaulted by Tengku Wildan, the son of Tengku Hairie, the hotel owner. As a result, Safiyya flees and decides to stay only in the village. Tengku Hairie comes to the village and meets Safiyya's grandfather on the matter of land purchase. Fascinated by Safiyya's charm and ability, Tan Sri Tengku Hairie expresses his desire to propose Safiyya and have her married to his son Tengku Wildan. Tengku Wildan is still in a relationship with Ana Julia.
