As the alien, Dr Tycho is being chased by an enemy fleet, a team of pilots lead by Jun help him out. Upon landing on Earth he teams up with a scientist named Dr Dotori who works with the team of pilots. Dr. Dotori and Dr. Tycho have Jun and his friends pilot a robot to find the Iron Man Trio. The Iron Man Trio must defeat the enemy fleet before they launch a nuclear attack.
