The film follows Lika, a young girl forced to flee the war with her little sister and mother, leaving her father behind. Haunted by fear and loss, Lika finds freedom in her dreams where she learns to fly. Her flights become a symbol of escape from the bombs, the terror, and the constant threat of death. When she tells her little sister about it, the four-year-old, who truly believes Lika can fly, asks softly, “Then why don’t you fly to Papa?” And so, Lika does – at least in her dreams.
The character of Mulan is one of Disney’s best heroines. She’s brave, kicks butt, and has a kill count. What other Disney character has killed hundreds of Huns by crushing them with an avalanche? No one.
Ditch the lube and get to the point in the raw, honest, cheeky dramedy written and directed by Mark Schwab.

Overall, Sand Castle was another lack luster war drama that will eventually fade into the many similar war dramas I have seen throughout my life.
Being made after the death of Chadwick Boseman will be a hard but exciting ride for this Marvel entry.
All in all, “Event Horizon” is a cinematic misfire, begging to be perfected in the future. While it possesses an array of admirable visuals, the film leaves much to be desired. If only we could see Anderson’s preferred cut, which featured more character development and tortuous imagery. In the meantime, I have a catchphrase for this film: In space no one can hear you snore.
