It is Christmas break, and Andy leaves the city to spend some time at a luxury villa with his best friends. The days spent in male company amidst the timeless atmosphere of the holidays foster rest, relaxation, and occasional horseplay. However, their initial consensual fooling around reveals that each of them has different personal boundaries.

Unlike other documentaries about Princess Diana, Perkins’ film, 'The Princess', is an entire documentary consisting of media coverage and public opinion, rather than a typical series of people interviewed with firsthand experience of the Princess. 'The Princess' beautifully depicts how we perceive Diana as a media figure rather than a real person, specifically creating her persona as a fairytale figure turned saint and icon.
Overall, “Dark Fate” is a run-of-the-mill flick. Together, Reyes and Davis have excellent chemistry, but their characters’ story is nothing new, lacking surprise and deep emotion. During the middle points, the film drags considerably, and when the action hits, it feels consistently tight, eliminating the rhythm and fluidity of conflicts.
Despite everything it was capable of, all of these poor choices strung together amount to nothing more than a counter-productive film.
