'Happening' Explores the Horrors of Abortions Being Illegalized
I have no idea how getting an abortion is still not a basic right at this point, but that means the fight is far from over. So, films like Happening are ever-relevant.

A phone call between them gradually reveals the growing emotional distance that has separated them, with no words of love and affection spoken. Yet something compels the son to turn back and return home.

After the 2018 surprising hit "A Quiet Place" brought something fresh to the horror genre, the announcement of a sequel may have been disappointing to some. A lot of the time, a sequel to an already successful movie is no where near as good as the original. Yet, John Krasinski once again shows that he's much more than Jim from The Office.
As a frequent “the book was better” extoller, this movie was well worth the watch.
