Documentary telling the extraordinary untold story of soldiers' photography in the First World War. I came across Urchin by chance and decided to watch it because of the title. It made me think of the spiky animal that lives at the bottom of the ocean, and the old Dickensian novels, where an urchin was an orphaned, homeless child in shaggy and dirty clothes.

Overall, “Dark Fate” is a run-of-the-mill flick. Together, Reyes and Davis have excellent chemistry, but their characters’ story is nothing new, lacking surprise and deep emotion. During the middle points, the film drags considerably, and when the action hits, it feels consistently tight, eliminating the rhythm and fluidity of conflicts.
The makings of a great midseason filler episode that would connect in many different directions. This is a police drama filler with a guest director.
Being made after the death of Chadwick Boseman will be a hard but exciting ride for this Marvel entry.
