This Year, 'Mickey Saves Christmas' for the Kids

Street fighter Victor Knox (Andre McCoy), just freed from prison, needs money to be re-united with his wife and child. When invited to join an underground fight tournament promising easy cash, he quickly signs up. Under constant surveillance by virtual spectators, the matches becomes increasingly violent; Vic soon finds himself held captive in a game of endless fighting. To free himself, he must confront the game's creator, known only as The Ref (Daz Crawford, UK Gladiators' "Diesel").

Earth and Blood is slow, but it still has it’s entertaining moments. If you’re into thrillers, or want to watch something new, then this film might be for you. As for me, Earth and Blood was tolerable enough.
Ultimately the problem with The Bubble is that it plays everything for laughs to get around the audience’s defenses. But it comes off like a privileged white male thinking that ridiculing everyone else equally is the road to equality. And it’s not. And it's definitely not funny to pretend that it is.
Like Fourth of July fireworks, the film Honey Don’t is colorful and fun to look at, delivering many bangs (sex and guns!) for your buck before quietly fading out.
Marvin Gaye's powerful music addresses the same themes as "Da 5 Bloods" and elevates the film to even greater heights.
Set against the backdrop of the Jim Crow era, the film offers layered representation.
