I think that the happiness and survival of "Wynonna Earp"’s LGBTQ+ characters is incredibly refreshing in contrast to the prevalence of queer suffering and death in other television.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie comes on the heels of its billion-dollar grossing predecessor, and seeks to do absolutely nothing other than repeat its success. In this, the film is eminently effective. If you have seen the previous film, you can expect something extremely similar in this package.  That is, a barrage of references to Nintendo intellectual property wrapped in a plot that provides the thinnest layer of emotional payoff for the characters.

"Up" features one of Pixar's few Asian-American heroes and explores the institutionalized hardships elderly people face. Also, Dug is a good boy.

Death on the Nile (1978) film mindless entertainment playing out on sets and wonders larger than the stakes, both of these films fail to live up to the hype of Agatha Christie's mystery. Check out cast & characterless controversy.
