Filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton wonderfully paces the film in such a way that replicates the slow-burn nature of justice.
The thing is, people like Wahlberg will only apologize if they have something to lose, which he did. His glamorous life, his reputation, and his career were all at stake.
Kate Winslet and Saorise Ronan deliver stellar performances in a film that doesn't live up to its potential.
